Sego Ridge is built to operate U.S. Forest Service campgrounds as a concessionaire — maintaining and improving recreation sites so visitors have a safe, clean, and welcoming place to camp. With an in-house master plumber, master electrician, and construction crew, we self-perform the utility and facility work most concessionaires have to hire out.
Two lines of work, both built around caring for public land and the people who use it.
Full-service operation of Forest Service campgrounds and day-use sites under concession special use permits — fee collection, visitor services, cleaning, sanitation, hazard and safety checks, and routine upkeep that keeps sites open and well run.
Backed by an in-house master plumber, master electrician, and construction crew, we build and repair recreation infrastructure — restrooms, water and sewer systems, electrical hookups and service, campsites, roads and pads, and facility improvements — on public and private sites.
Licensed trades on our own team mean faster repairs, tighter quality control, and fewer subcontractors — a real advantage on remote recreation sites where downtime closes a campground.
The essentials a Forest Service or contracting officer needs, in one place.

The standards we hold ourselves to on every site we operate — the same things a permit administrator grades.
Restrooms and sites cleaned on a fixed daily schedule with logged inspections. It's the first thing visitors notice, and the first thing we protect.
Water, sewer, and electrical failures close campgrounds. With master-level trades on our own crew, critical systems get fixed fast — no waiting on outside contractors.
Documented collection, reconciliation, and reporting, run with MBA-level financial discipline — books the Forest Service can review any day of the season.
Routine hazard checks on trees, fire rings, utilities, and structures, with documented corrective action — so visitors and permit administrators never have to wonder.
Sego Ridge is the operating name of B&B Morgan Highland LLC, a veteran-owned small business based in Highland, Utah. We exist to help the U.S. Forest Service keep campgrounds and recreation sites open, safe, and well maintained — the kind of places families return to year after year.
Founded and led by Bradley Morgan — a U.S. military veteran and University of Utah Executive MBA. Before founding Sego Ridge, Bradley managed two Forest Service concession permits — running the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and visitor services this work demands. Our team adds a master plumber, a master electrician, and a seasoned construction crew, so we can operate a site and keep its infrastructure running without waiting on outside contractors. Named for Utah's sego lily, Sego Ridge is rooted in the country it serves.
As Sego Ridge takes on campground permits across the Intermountain West, we'll need great people on the ground. Get on our list early — we hire from it first.
Live on-site for the season, welcome visitors, keep the campground clean and running. Full-hookup RV site typically included. Couples and retirees welcome — friendliness and reliability matter more than experience.
Grounds, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work on beautiful public lands, working alongside our licensed master tradesmen. Great fit for hands-on people who'd rather work outside.
Area managers, operations leads, and office support — scheduling, bookkeeping, and permit administration. As we take on more sites, we'll need people who can lead crews and keep the paperwork tight.
